Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and researches customer complaints and documents issues in the Customer Service log
- Assists with clearing post-closing conditions and pending repairs associated with escrow holdbacks
- Answers calls and responds to email correspondence to provide updates and solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of customer service experience in the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs, and related regulations
- Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
- Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
