Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews and researches customer complaints and documents issues in the Customer Service log
  • Assists with clearing post-closing conditions and pending repairs associated with escrow holdbacks
  • Answers calls and responds to email correspondence to provide updates and solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of customer service experience in the mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs, and related regulations
  • Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
