Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Specialist responsible for managing mortgage loan requests and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage loan requests accurately and timely
• Act as a liaison between customers, mortgage loan originators, and third parties
• Compile, prepare, and process mortgage loan files from application through closing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of job-related experience
• Knowledge of loan processing and closing policies and procedures
• Experience with various loan types including FHA, VA, Jumbo, Portfolio, and DPA
