Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Specialist 3 responsible for managing mortgage loan requests and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage loan requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between customers, mortgage loan originators, and third parties
• Compile, prepare, and process mortgage loan files from application through closing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of job-related experience
• Thorough knowledge of loan processing and closing policies and procedures
• Credit policy knowledge, including automated underwriting system approver authority
