Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, the full-time Mortgage Customer Success Manager will manage the customer lifecycle, drive product adoption, and analyze customer data to enhance value, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle by onboarding new clients, driving adoption, and collaborating with the sales team on upsells and cross-sells
- Manage and nurture multiple customer relationships, proactively engaging with key contacts to convey product value
- Monitor KPIs and customer health to reduce churn risk, promote retention, and improve the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, solution-oriented role
- Experience in the mortgage industry
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to learn Argyle's API
- Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and workflow automation
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
