Job Summary
To support a high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the mortgage space, the full-time Mortgage Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to draw actionable insights and track the customer journey
- Develop policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary customer contact post-sale, facilitating onboarding and addressing complex inquiries
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success roles
- Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience in policy and procedure development
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships
