Job Summary

To support a high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the mortgage sector, the full-time Mortgage Customer Success Manager will drive customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer relationships, analyzing feedback, and facilitating product adoption in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Draw actionable insights from customer data and track the customer journey to enhance satisfaction
  • Mediate between customer requests and organizational goals while driving product adoption
  • Support onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience for clients post-sale
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success roles
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures to enhance customer success
