Job Summary
To support a high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the mortgage sector, the full-time Mortgage Customer Success Manager will drive customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer relationships, analyzing feedback, and facilitating product adoption in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Draw actionable insights from customer data and track the customer journey to enhance satisfaction
- Mediate between customer requests and organizational goals while driving product adoption
- Support onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience for clients post-sale
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success roles
- Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience in developing policies and procedures to enhance customer success
