Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Support representative (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding mortgage loans and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary
- Complete allocation changes, non-financial requests, form requests, and web assist
- Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with mortgage products and services is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
