Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Support representative (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding mortgage loans and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary
• Complete allocation changes, non-financial requests, form requests, and web assist
• Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with mortgage products and services is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
