Job Summary

A company is looking for a CCC Support Specialist to provide customer support for mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding mortgage loans
  • Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and complete various non-financial requests
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage industry customer support and contact center
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
  • Customer service aptitude and orientation
  • Ability to navigate multiple information screens and troubleshoot effectively
