Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Banker I to provide customer support for mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding mortgage loans
• Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry customer support
• Contact center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
• Ability to maneuver through multiple information screens
