Mortgage Customer Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Banker I to provide customer support for mortgage products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding mortgage loans
- Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers while performing other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support
- Contact Center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple information screens effectively
