Mortgage Disclosure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant loan disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan data and fees to support accurate Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
• Prepare revised Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in compliance with regulations
• Manage a daily pipeline of loans and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disclosure issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations, including disclosures and compliance
• Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and related compliance requirements
• Experience with loan origination systems; Encompass experience preferred
• Familiarity with various loan programs such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA
