Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Desk Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations involving loan disclosures to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Train team members on compliance regulations for mortgage disclosures
• Monitor pipelines and communicate across departments to produce compliant disclosures

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end mortgage experience with compliance responsibilities
• Understanding of TRID, HMDA, FACTA, ECOA, and RESPA/TILA guidelines
• Proven ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
• Experience in project/change management related to process implementation
• Strong customer service skills and judgment
