Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting daily operations, the full-time Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist will prepare and review disclosure packages, ensure compliance with TRID and other regulations, and maintain effective communication with team members and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review disclosure packages including the Loan Estimate
• Review disclosure-related data in the Loan Origination System for accuracy
• Monitor the Disclosure Desk work queue and e-mail inbox to support team members within service level agreements

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in business or related field preferred
• Knowledge of TRID and other applicable lending laws
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to help peers and the team achieve exceptional results
