Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Manager to oversee and manage the Disclosures Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with laws while providing excellent customer service
• Train and develop employees, assess processes for efficiency, and implement improvements
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular meetings to review productivity and goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams, preferably in the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of federal and governmental real estate lending guidelines and mortgage processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with electronic mortgage processing systems
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
