Mortgage Disclosure Risk Manager

Job Summary

Mortgage Disclosure Risk Manager leads the Initial Disclosure function and manages disclosure risk, policy, and compliance in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Initial Disclosure team and daily pipeline management
• Manage disclosure policies and procedures related to RESPA, CFPB, and regulatory guidelines
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for investor and program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading disclosure or risk functions within mortgage operations
• Strong knowledge of disclosure compliance, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Advanced proficiency with Encompass LOS
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting cross-functional teams
