Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist to ensure compliance with federal and state disclosure requirements in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare initial application packets and ensure compliance with disclosure time requirements
• Process Change of Circumstances and manage turndown and withdrawn files
• Prepare and deliver Closing Disclosures while maintaining positive relationships with title companies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous office experience in customer service or administration preferred
• Experience preparing mortgage disclosure documents is preferred
• Proficiency in office procedures and Microsoft Office Applications or equivalent software
• Sound judgment and high level of accuracy required
