Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in compliance with relevant regulations
• Add signed documents to the eFolder in Encompass and perform post-closing reviews
• Prepare daily status reports for disclosure due dates and requests for tax transcripts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in loan processing (Required)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
