Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Specialist responsible for preparing and reviewing mortgage disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all initial mortgage disclosures (i.e. Loan Estimates)
• Review accuracy of information on Loan Estimates and monitor timeliness of disclosures
• Maintain knowledge of RESPA guidelines and prepare re-disclosed documents as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One to two years of experience in roles such as Processor or Loan Officer Assistant
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
