Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Mortgage Disclosure Specialist will verify mortgage disclosure packages for compliance with regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness while preparing and delivering these packages to borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Process initial disclosures and re-disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
• Audit and verify mortgage loan disclosure packages for accuracy and completeness using document checklists
• Communicate with team members to validate fees associated with mortgage transactions and deliver disclosures securely

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous Mortgage Operations or Mortgage Origination experience required
• Experience with the Encompass system highly preferred
