Mortgage Disclosure Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support mortgage operations, the remote Disclosure Support Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant loan disclosures, auditing files, preparing Loan Estimates, and serving as the primary contact for disclosure-related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before sending initial disclosures and Loan Estimates
• Prepare Loan Estimates, confirm fees and pricing accuracy, and release to borrowers via e-Sign
• Monitor Change of Circumstance requests and ensure re-disclosures are issued within required timeframes

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage operations, preferably in a retail mortgage lending environment
• High school diploma or GED required; comparable work experience considered
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements including TILA/TRID, RESPA, and ECOA
• Experience with Encompass or a similar Loan Origination System preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
