Mortgage Disclosure Support Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, the full-time remote Mortgage Disclosure Support Specialist will manage disclosure-related inquiries, audit files for accuracy, and prepare Loan Estimates while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for disclosure-related inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
• Audit files for completeness and compliance before sending initial disclosures and Loan Estimates
• Prepare and release Loan Estimates to borrowers, ensuring accuracy of fees and pricing

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage operations, preferably in a retail mortgage lending environment
• High school diploma or GED required; comparable work experience considered
• Experience with Encompass or a similar loan origination system preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including TILA/TRID and RESPA
• Working knowledge of Change in Circumstance (COC) rules and their application to disclosures
