Job Summary

Managing and processing construction loan draw requests, the full-time Mortgage Draw Coordinator will ensure timely disbursement of funds while maintaining compliance with loan agreements and regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process construction loan draw requests accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with borrowers, builders, and inspectors to verify project progress and completion
• Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in mortgage lending, loan processing, or construction lending strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan servicing software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
