Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Fee Specialist who will prepare and disclose revised Loan Estimates throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Review daily reports to identify loans needing re-disclosures
Analyze and prepare Loan Estimate documents in compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor email requests for changes and create necessary tasks

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)
1+ years of mortgage operations experience (preferred)
Knowledge of CFPB and RESPA requirements for mortgage disclosures (preferred)
