Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Funder.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan documents and funding conditions to disburse funds accurately
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures related to mortgage funding
- Reconcile all fees and figures related to each loan and follow up on outstanding items
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Funder
- Recent mortgage funding experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
