Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Funder in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and fund loans accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expedite the loan process
• Prepare loan packages for timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during the process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry, specifically as a Funder
• Experience using Encompass LOS is required
• Knowledge of Federal and State Lending Laws and Regulations
• High school diploma or GED is required; BA or BS preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
