Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Coordinator to ensure accurate loan funding and efficient closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate wire transfers to disburse loan funds and review closing documents for accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily duties and maintain service level standards
• Register loans in the MERS system and manage funding fees and mortgage insurance payments

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage processing, closing, or post-closing
• Meticulous and quality-focused with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
