Mortgage Funding Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure accurate loan funding and efficient closing processes, the full-time remote Mortgage Funding Coordinator will manage wire transfers, review closing documentation, and collaborate with team members while maintaining a service-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate wire transfers for loan disbursement and review closing documents for accuracy
• Communicate with Settlement Agents regarding additional conditions and ensure timely fund releases
• Register loans in the MERS system and collaborate with the Post-Closing team to meet service level standards

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage processing, closing, or post-closing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
