Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Funding/Closing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with documentation and funding activities according to company policies and investor guidelines
• Manage pipelines and coordinate with Treasury on fundings and federal reference numbers
• Oversee performance management, training, and development of team members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Retail Residential Mortgage Closing/Funding or a related field
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• Proven leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including regulatory compliance and best practices
• Advanced proficiency with Encompass
