Mortgage Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of mortgage system integration implementations, the full-time remote Mortgage Implementation Project Manager will manage project planning, customer communication, and risk management while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and lead major milestone meetings, including project kick-off and closure
• Create and maintain project plans, resource assignments, and timelines using approved project management tools
• Drive customer engagement by monitoring deliverables and coordinating project activities with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience leading enterprise software deployments
• Experience utilizing enterprise project management tools, preferably Smartsheet
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex implementation projects concurrently
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate project documentation and status reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
