Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative to work in an outbound call center remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume calls with potential homeowners interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
• Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified leads to licensed Loan Officers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers

Required Qualifications

• Inside or field sales experience required
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Previous experience in collections, banking, financial services, or mortgage is a plus
• Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
