Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative to work in an outbound call center remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume calls with potential homeowners interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
- Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified leads to licensed Loan Officers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers
Required Qualifications
- Inside or field sales experience required
- Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Telesales experience preferred
- Previous experience in collections, banking, financial services, or mortgage is a plus
- Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
