Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Call Center) who will be responsible for managing a high volume of calls with potential homeowners, pre-screening borrowers, establishing rapport, transferring leads, setting appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls with potential homeowners interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
- Pre-screen potential borrowers, complete soft credit pulls, and ask pre-qualifying questions
- Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers and set appointments with consumers
Qualifications:
- Inside or field sales experience required
- Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
- Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Telesales experience preferred
- Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
