Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage loan documentation and delivery to investors, ensuring compliance and facilitating the final certification of GNMA pools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide documentation and rebuttals to investors for credit items
• Deliver loans to investors and agencies while managing the return of notes for unsalable loans
• Oversee the final certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience, particularly in processing
• Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal/title review
• Proficient with Desktop Underwriter (DU)
• Government and wholesale experience is a plus
• High-speed internet connection required for remote work
