Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content and video trainings for the residential home finance division
• Evaluate home finance processes and recommend improvements, maintaining manuals and procedures
• Participate in system testing and assist in creating workflows and procedures using various software applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass is required
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or a related area
• 3+ years of experience in training content development and program delivery
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, procedures, and regulations
