Mortgage Lending Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mortgage Lending Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and scale a team of Closers/Funders, innovate processes to meet company KPIs, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and scale the team of Closers/Funders while co-managing the Loan Assistant team for post-closing tasks
• Innovate and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and meet company KPIs
• Proactively manage the mortgage closing pipeline and provide coaching to the closing team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within mortgage loan closing and funding
• Experience in leading and coaching teams in a remote environment
• Knowledge of Conventional mortgage products and relevant regulatory compliance
• Proven success working in a fully remote setting with distributed teams
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
