Mortgage Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance - Licensing Specialist to manage state mortgage licenses and support regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle renewals, licensing items, and new license applications in current and future states
• Maintain the existing suite of state mortgage licenses and assist with license expansion efforts
• Oversee all NMLS matters related to licensing and registration for the company and sponsored individuals

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of recent licensing experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience using NMLS for licensing in the mortgage industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
