Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Mortgage Loan Appraiser will determine the fair market value of residential properties by conducting detailed inspections, analyzing sales data, and evaluating market trends to support mortgage lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed property inspections to assess value
• Analyze comparable sales data and market trends to produce valuation reports
• Ensure compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) in all assessments

Required qualifications

• State certification or license as a residential appraiser
• Experience in residential property appraisal
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to maintain independence and provide impartial assessments
