Mortgage Loan Assistant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic mortgage team, the full-time Production Partner will follow up with new leads, assist borrowers in completing loan applications, and manage documentation requests while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor
• Collect borrower information and assist in completing loan applications accurately
• Send documentation requests and ensure all required materials are collected and organized for pre-approval

Required qualifications

• Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
