Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of loan closings, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Review and audit loan files for data integrity and compliance, delivering accurate closing documentation
• Maintain communication with internal and external associates regarding the status of loan files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three years of experience in mortgage loan closing across all loan types
• Experience in preparing loan closing documents for sale to multiple investors is preferred
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
