Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to the lender and customer
Prepare accurate loan documents for lenders and serve as back-up for mortgage loan application input
Handle pay outs, construction rolls, mortgage modifications, and enter HMDA information for approved loans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical training in computer systems, banking applications, and lending preferred
Exceptional detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours
