Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Close first and second mortgage applications in compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Facilitate mortgage loan closing processes, including preparing documentation and confirming successful closings
• Monitor the closing pipeline and ensure timely communication with team members and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in mortgage loan closing, with knowledge of TRID and non-QM regulations
• Understanding of the mortgage process from origination to post-closing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Encompass is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of integrity and trust
