Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
• Coordinate with Settlement Agents and verify documentation for compliance and accuracy
• Maintain accurate records and manage assigned pipeline to meet closing deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan closing or a related mortgage operations role (preferred)
• Understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and basic knowledge of various loan programs
• Familiarity with RESPA, TRID, and other applicable lending regulations
• Experience with loan origination systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
