Mortgage Loan Closer

Job Summary

Supporting the Eastern Division, the full-time Mortgage Loan Closer will manage the closing functions by preparing, reviewing, and verifying loan documents while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily reports while monitoring workflow and turn times
• Interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality funding packages
• Communicate with Processors, Loan Officers, and Escrow Officers to ensure timely loan closings

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail closing experience
• Ability to close 60+ loans per month
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking industry and regulations
• Experience with BYTE preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
