Job Summary

As a full-time Mortgage Loan Closer, the successful candidate will prepare loan closing documents, manage mortgage modifications, and process payouts and extensions, with remote options available.

Key responsibilities

• Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to lenders and customers on time
• Serve as back-up for mortgage loan application input using automated documentation preparation software
• Maintain knowledge of the company's products and services while processing construction rolls and endorsements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in computer systems, banking applications, and lending preferred
• Exceptional detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
