Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Loan Coordinator to support the branch's production pipeline by managing and coordinating fully originated loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, providing feedback as necessary
• Meet with borrowers to collect necessary documentation and sign disclosures
• Audit loan files to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer, Underwriter, or Processor is preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service-focused role is strongly preferred
• Mortgage Loan Origination License is preferred
