Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Mortgage Loan Funder will prepare and reconcile closing disclosures, manage closing documents, and order funds for closing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate Closing Disclosures and prepare closing packages for settlement agents
• Obtain necessary approvals from borrowers, title companies, and Loan Officers while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Enhance relationships with title companies and clients, and monitor daily/monthly funding goals and deadlines

Required qualifications

• Experience with various loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA's
• Proficiency in the Encompass Loan Origination System
• Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan documentation
