Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer (All States, except NY).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop referral partners in the local territory and generate loan volume
• Interface with borrowers and manage the loan process from start to finish
• Utilize proprietary systems to enhance efficiencies and control over loans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending and NMLS Safe Act compliant
• 1 active state license required
• Established contacts and referral partners in the industry
• Knowledge of various loan types and credit bureaus
• Proven track record of self-generated production of at least $1 million
