Driven and motivated, the full-time Mortgage Loan Officer will manage a portfolio of clients, utilizing proprietary systems and an expanding range of loan products to facilitate homeownership in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and guide them through the mortgage application process
• Utilize the Xcelerate Loan System for efficient loan processing and underwriting
• Ensure timely closings by coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining transparency in pricing

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Familiarity with loan processing systems and underwriting procedures
• Strong understanding of various loan products and market trends
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Valid mortgage loan originator license
