Key responsibilities

• Utilize the Xcelerate Loan System to manage loan applications and streamline processes
• Collaborate with in-house underwriting to ensure timely closings, typically within 21 days
• Maintain a production-focused operation to meet client needs and achieve sales goals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Strong understanding of various loan products and underwriting processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with loan origination software, preferably Xcelerate
• Active mortgage loan originator license
