Job Summary

Driven and motivated, the full-time Mortgage Loan Officer will utilize a proprietary loan system to manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on providing a variety of loan products and ensuring timely closings in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and guide them through the loan application process
• Utilize the Xcelerate Loan System for efficient loan processing and underwriting
• Ensure timely closings, aiming for 21 days or less, while maintaining transparent pricing models

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various loan products and underwriting processes
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Active mortgage loan originator license
• Familiarity with loan processing software and systems
