Job Summary
Supporting the production and marketing efforts of a Mortgage Loan Officer, the part-time Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant will manage customer interactions, assist with loan package setup, and ensure documentation compliance while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assists the Mortgage Loan Officer in managing the loan pipeline and marketing initiatives
- Communicates with potential customers and guides them through the loan application process
- Reviews and analyzes income and asset documentation for compliance with loan guidelines
Required qualifications
- Recent experience in the mortgage industry as an assistant, loan processor, or loan officer
